Japans MOL is adding a ship to a China-Middle East container loop run by K Line and others.
The company said its new CMS service would start from Shanghai on 8 June.
The weekly run is also operated by Wan Hai of Taiwan and PIL of Singapore.
It uses six ships, with MOL providing the 5,220-teu MOL Solution (built 2001).
Port rotation is: Shanghai – Ningbo – Kaohsiung – Hong Kong – Shekou – Singapore – Port Kelang –Jebel Ali – Karachi – Mundra – Port Kelang – Singapore – Hong Kong - Shanghai.
