■ The plenary meeting of the leading group of the State Council to root out the wage arrears of migrant workers was held in Beijing on the 29th. Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council made an important instruction, pointing out that we should strengthen the investigation of the areas where wages in arrears are prone to occur, severely punish the malicious acts of wages in arrears according to law, implement the wage deposit system and other systems, and ensure that migrant workers receive wages in full and in time. 

■ The announcement issued by the Tariff Commission of the State Council on the 29th pointed out that from January 1, 2023, China will implement a provisional import tariff rate lower than the MFN tariff rate on 1020 commodities, including some anticancer drug raw materials, coffee machines, potash fertilizer, iridium oxide for fuel cells, etc.

■  In accordance with the Overall Plan on the Implementation of "Class B and Class B Control" for novel coronavirus Infection, the Ministry of Transport issued a notice to optimize and adjust the epidemic prevention and control measures in the field of transportation, including the cancellation of regular nucleic acid testing requirements for front-line employees of transportation services.

■At 12:43 on the 29th, Beijing time, China used the Long March 3B carrier rocket at the Xichang Satellite Launch Center, successfully launched the test No. 10 02 satellite into orbit, and the launch mission was successful. The satellite was mainly used for the on-orbit verification test of new technologies such as space environment monitoring.
